Since founding Shine HR in 2007, I’ve been described in many ways: Employee Experience Expert. HR Consultant. And my personal favourite: Workplace Whisperer.

I’ve always been fascinated with communication, engagement and how we connect with one another to accomplish great things. I was only 15 years old when I knew I wanted to pursue a career in HR and I’ve never looked back!
